I'm trying to lose some weight and I feel like nothing I do is working can anyone recommend any good books or tips or just anything in general thxx

Have you tried getting an apple watch and counting your steps and watching calories closely using a tracker?

How much weight is it that you are trying to lose? 10 - 20 - 30lbs?
